Returns

We at Gratify want you to feel that you have purchased something truly special and we want you to love it.  If you don't, simply let us know within 10 days and we'll provide you with a complimentary return shipping label.

Simply send back the package with care and in the condition in which it was received. Returns will be issued upon receipt via original payment methodPackages must be shipped within 24 hours of the return label being issued, original shipping fees are nonrefundable. All items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags/packaging intact. Please note that Bath & Body and Vintage, items are final sale.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

Shipping

We ship out orders 3 times per week because we don't want you to wait!  We totally get it - you've found just the right piece and you're ready to get your hands on it.  We ship via USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 days). Oversized items may be shipped via FedEx Ground (3-5 days). Gratify Style & Home uses recycled packaging materials when possible to reduce waste.

To shop online through our website, you are required to provide personal information such as as your name, address, contact info, and payment details. We will never sell or share this information with any external parties and we use encrypted transaction platforms to ensure your personal information is safe and secure.
